The Network Consulting Group is a strategy and development consultancy founded in 1998 and based in the UK and South Africa. We believe that people and organisations are able to meet our dynamic and changing environment by consciously engaging with their own learning cycle. We have watched our clients fulfil their mission in a developmental manner. Our mission is ‘To partner with people and organisation to help ensure purpose, development and resilience’. The Network Consulting Group provides a wide range of services, tangible tools and practices that can support any organisation with its next step.
The Network Consulting Group works in collaborative partnership based upon client and project needs. We realise and are sensitive to the impact that consultants might have on an organisation, and therefore maintain a professional tone and light touch throughout. Our consultancy and practice rest on organisational and personal learning. In this regard, we strive to ensure that any organisational change and developments are able to be maintained and further progresses by our clients themselves, and that learning systems that will have been put in place. We are proud that the majority of our business has historically come from long term relationships with existing clients.
We believe that each Project or intervention requires the most appropriate resources. Our first step is to understand each clients unique situation. From this initial understanding, it becomes possible to consider the best process and assemble the best team. The NCG has built a network of trusted professionals, all expert in their fields, that collaborate as appropriate. These professionals come from many different disciplines, including industry, academia and the Arts.
